Prices include VAT where applicable and are valid for standard domestic installations within our Pretoria and Centurion service area. Parts are quoted separately and approved before fitting.
Pricing FAQs
Is the R550 call-out charged on top of the repair?
The R550 covers travel and diagnosis. It is charged once per visit, and the repair is quoted separately and approved by you before we start.
Do you charge more after hours?
Emergency call-outs run on the same fixed R550 call-out fee. We do not inflate the fee because it is a Sunday night.
What if the unit cannot be repaired?
You pay only the call-out, and we quote a like-for-like or better replacement with the reasoning behind the recommendation.
How do I pay?
EFT or card on completion. A written invoice is issued for every job, which you need for insurance and warranty claims.
